Watercraft Marine’s Customer Relationship Team ensures every engagement is seamless, responsive, and operationally aligned. From initial enquiry through to final reporting, the team coordinates across global time zones and service hubs to maintain clear communication, transparent updates, and consistent service delivery.
With a strong understanding of the real-world challenges faced by shipowners and managers, the team aligns technical, logistical, and administrative workflows to minimise friction and keep service delivery on track, wherever the vessel is trading and whatever the scope of work.

Our Technical Support Team brings together seasoned specialists with deep roots in lifeboat and davit manufacturing, servicing, and regulatory compliance. With decades of hands-on experience spanning design, production, commissioning, accident investigation, and compliance consultancy, the team delivers practical, maker-level expertise that bridges engineering realities with operational demands.
Beyond equipment knowledge, we support owners, managers, and class societies with clear, actionable guidance on regulatory interpretation, safety audits, maintenance planning, and retrofit projects, including re-hooking programs and equipment upgrades. We also provide direct onboard support, assisting crew in resolving technical issues and strengthening competence through targeted training and operational assessments.
From pre-docking advisory and technical documentation review to root cause investigations and failure analysis, our Technical Support Team plays a critical role in ensuring lifeboat systems remain safe, compliant, and consistently reliable across the fleet.

Our service teams are experienced lifeboat and davit specialists with backgrounds in manufacturing, servicing, and statutory inspection. With hands-on experience typically ranging from 5 to 25 years, they bring deep practical knowledge across a wide range of equipment types, vessel classes, and service conditions.
All engineers are trained in accordance with ISO 23678 and, where required, hold manufacturer-specific approvals. Equipped with our in-house digital reporting platform, they deliver immediate, structured documentation that provides clear visibility of equipment condition and service status.
Operating from strategically positioned hubs, our engineers support vessels worldwide — carrying out everything from statutory annual inspections to complex re-hooking projects, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs. Their ability to combine regulatory compliance with real-world engineering judgement is what consistently sets Watercraft Marine service teams apart onboard.
