Our Technical Support Team comprises seasoned experts with deep roots in lifeboat and davit manufacturing, servicing, and regulatory compliance. With decades of hands-on experience across design, production, commissioning, accident investigation, and compliance consultancy, they provide practical, maker-level expertise that bridges engineering and operations.

Beyond equipment knowledge, the team supports owners, managers, and class societies with tailored guidance on regulatory interpretation, safety audits, planned maintenance strategies, and retrofit planning—including re-hooking projects and equipment upgrades. They also provide direct support for onboard crew operations, helping to resolve real-time issues and ensuring crew competence through targeted training and assessments.

Whether offering pre-docking advisory, reviewing technical documentation, or assisting in root cause investigations, the Technical Support Team plays a vital role in ensuring safe, compliant, and consistent lifeboat system performance across the fleet.

Our service teams are highly skilled professionals with diverse backgrounds in lifeboat and davit manufacturing, servicing, and inspection. With hands-on experience ranging from 5 to 25 years, they bring deep practical expertise across all major equipment types and service scenarios.

Each engineer is trained to ISO 23678 standards and, where required, holds manufacturer-specific approvals. They are equipped with our in-house digital reporting tools to ensure instant, accurate documentation and transparent service delivery.

Deployed globally from strategic hubs, our engineers consistently deliver high-quality service—from statutory annual inspections to complex re-hooking projects and emergency repairs. Their versatility, technical precision, and commitment to safety make them trusted partners onboard vessels of all types.
